Ok lets make it finally clear to everyone, the difference between each R35 models:
The production version of the GT-R has debuted at the 2007 Tokyo Motor Show, with its launch in the Japanese market scheduled for 6 December 2007. The U.S. launch will follow in June 2008. Europe will be the third market, where it is expected to be launched late 2008. The large time distance between these releases is due to Nissan having to build GT-R performance centres where the car is built and serviced. Also the engine and rear-mounted dual-clutch gearbox are built by hand, limiting production to around 1000 cars a month.[8] Prices start at $66,675 for the base model, $68,580 for the Black Edition (with forged wheels and black/red leather) and $71,900 for the Premium edition (forged wheels, beige leather seats, Bose premium speakers and a Thatcham alarm as standard fit).

with today's currency exchange, the premium GTR is 107k excl. taxes in japan. that it costs 170+ here and its not the official warrantied one is extortion.. hope boustead gets the tech required to service the car and bring it in officially.
but well done to the owners being able to afford 170k and run a bespoke car with bespoke parts and servicing..
dale7283, u salute to all3 unit r35???
white & red is only 2 units, maybe u count my future black colour r35 vspec kah???
vel says "with today's currency exchange, the premium GTR is 107k excl. taxes in japan. that it costs 170+ here and its not the official warrantied one is extortion.."
Well Vel, the 175k Red R35 is the Premium model which is the highest spec so if u convert that Yen into B$ its almost B$117k excluding tax. If u include Brunei tax 20%, thats about 23k. Total is already B$140k. Shipping costs, profit, other tax maybe.. The cost is quite close.. good lah not so much unlike in neighbour countries. We should be grateful :)
Lets see if Bousted gonna sell it cheaper or not (if they are coming, I wish they are!). Wish theyre much cheaper than wat we've calculated!
I LOVE BRUNEI! hehehe..
But YES it is expensive bcos its out before the official launching & u get to own & show it off earlier than others!
Same story lah like everything.. mobile phones, PS3, everything too expensive wen they 1st came out..
